The client required 5 setups consisting of laptops, monitors and internet services for a two-day workshop for 20–30 employees.
The client hosts regular workshops at their own clients' offices or at hotel venues. For each one, they request the equipment required for the training, which is set up according to the specifications required by their IT team.

The client needed the IT infrastructure — laptops and setup — required to conduct the training with reliable devices.
With workshops held at different venues, every setup had to be prepared to the client IT team's specifications and installed onsite, so the trainers could focus on delivering the best possible quality to their clients.

Apex Asia Group handled the entire process — from selecting and preparing the devices to meet the requirements of the workshop, to delivery, installation and network setup at the venue, and collection once the workshop was over.
The solution combined rental laptops, iPads and printers with power extensions and accessories, giving every setup what it needed for the two-day programme.
